Co-Designing Protocols for Data Creation, Analysis, and Use among Local Care Networks in Seattle and Boston to Enhance Disaster Resilience
Organization: University of Washington
Primary Investigator: Nicholas Weber
Research Track: Climate & Environmental Resilience
Community-based care networks – such as mutual aid groups or non-governmental organizations (NGOs) – often have unique capacities to distribute resources, and effectively spread vital information during a crises event, such as COVID-19. Our project conceives a unique solution to data governance so that community groups in Seattle and Boston can effectively cooperate with local governments during crises events.
